The "perfect" place to put PTSD sufferers: next door to a #firing range

As long as I’m thinking about the local newspaper, within days of starting my subscription to the local paper, the #New Mexican, I saw a mind-boggling headline: Army Builds PTSD Facility Near Firing Ranges.
In other words, the poor veterans, who had #Post Traumatic Stress Disorder which would cause them to startle at loud noises, were bunked less than 200 yards from a firing range that was used day and night.
One sufferer, after the sounds of firing on the close-by range woke him up, rolled out of bed, hid under it, and began reliving his near-death experiences in Iraq.
We certainly know how to take care of our troops.
